Assist with Death Registration and Burial Permit

Once the family has received the hospital documents (medical certificate of cause of death Form 18 and the certificate of returning the body) or the "Certificate of Order Authorizing Burial of the Body" issued by the cause-of-death court, the Wing Fook Funeral planners go to the joint office to apply for the official death certificate and death registration certificate books and other required documents and related procedures. In cases of natural death, the death registration procedure usually takes 30 minutes. After the applicant completes the procedure, the applicant will be issued a "Death Registration Certificate" (Form 12), a Form 10 commonly known as a burial order, and a death certificate. In the cases of unnatural death, one can directly apply to the burial ground for handling cemetery matters.
